Awareness: May Reading Week Three
Week Three: Awareness ~ Owl / Unconsciousness
Awareness of self. Awareness of Place. Who are you? Where are you? This week draws out the big questions. Become Aware of where you are on your Journey. Is it where you want to be? Are you who you want to be? Have you surrounded yourself with people who are full of love? Are you doing what you want to be doing with your life? Looking at these areas of your life—pointing the spotlight on them— is sometimes enough to shake the blocks loose and move forward. Perhaps you aren’t even aware of what is blocking the Joy in your life. This week will help you identify those possible areas or blocks.
Assignment: This week I just want you to observe where you are at in your Journey. I don’t want you to come up with fixes or solve issues, if you discover you aren’t where you want to be. I repeat! DO NOT TRY TO SOLVE ANYTHING THIS WEEK. This week is for observing only. Journal about where you believe you are at this moment in time. Look at each area of your life: emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental. This isn’t about changing anything, it’s about learning how to turn our awareness on. Before you can change, you need to be aware of what needs to be changed. We are just practicing being aware. Don’t panic. I won’t leave you hanging—next week, we will look at changes. Just gather your thoughts about it right now.
