With all this hard work you’ve done, this week it is time to focus on really breaking the bonds that hold you to your old way of thinking. Release the fear that is keeping you from moving forward. Forgive yourself and release all judgment. Today is a new day and with your new way of thinking big changes are always possible.

When you catch yourself thinking that these experiences and challenges are happening to you, stop and take a moment to look at why they may be being presented to you for learning.   Look at it from a friend’s perspective. If a friend came to you with these challenges in life, what would you say? How would you look at your “friend’s” blocks differently then your own? Give yourself the space to get perspective. Shift into empowerment and understanding about what life is showing you. Rise to the challenge and make the choice to prioritize your healing!

Actions Steps:

  • Put Post-Its up around the house with positive affirmations of support
  • Remind yourself that the blocks you faced were here to help you learn
  • Take the time to write a letter to yourself from the “friend perspective”
  • Forgive yourself and release judgment about how you”think” you are doing. You’re doing great. Trust me!
