Week Three: The Sun of Life

Shining Light Into Darkness

It’s time to chase out the shadows and allow the light to shine on those areas you are uncomfortable with. Turn the spotlight on the past.  We are going to follow the “blocks” back through time into your childhood. It may be uncomfortable at first; ease into it if you need to. Looking at the same area and the blocks you have collected in the present from last week: what blocks have repeated themselves through out your life? How has this situation or lesson repeated itself over time? Try to go all the way back to around the age of 4-6—that’s when many belief systems are formed. Can you see a root cause?

Sometimes just the act of shining light on a lesson, allows us to move forward—even if we don’t fully understand the details of what is happening. Don't get frustrated if you can't find a childhood event as the root cause. Take a look at possible Soul Lessons you may be working on in this life. It may be a Lesson that you aren't fully understanding or learning from.

Action Steps:

  • Journal about the blocks from last week and how they have made a trail through your life
  • Shine light on additional past blocks that could be playing a part and record them into your notebook
  • Take the time to really look into a possible cause or event that you may have formed a belief system around
  • Look at the possible Soul Lesson that may be coming to light. Write down and examine what lesson you may be trying to learn

Don’t judge yourself! Even if you can’t figure it all out, know the work is happening “behind the scenes” on a soul level
