We are a collective of souls who have chosen to incarnate now on this planet. Through this choice, we are all part of the Earth Tribe. No matter what our differences are, we share the same experience of being human at this point in time on this planet. This makes us part of this Tribe or Family and as such, we need to start to understand how our individual power and choices play a part of the “shared consciousness of the human spirit”.  We are all connected, therefore our judgements, decisions, and actions affect everyone.

Our shared experience on this planet can be one of love. Everyone on this planet wants to love. Everyone on the planet want to receive love. No one wants to live in fear. The majority of people don’t wake up wanting to hurt someone. They may of course do that, because of their actions--actions based in fear and hurt—but in reality those actions are based on the fear and hurt that was inflicted on them at some point. That experience of fear is what they are choosing to pass down the collective. It makes neither action okay, but it gives us the understanding we personally need to start to move forward and unite.

So what can you do to be a positive member of the Earth Tribe? One of the first things you can do is to tap into your Humility. When you set your ego aside in the decision making process, you allow your fears to be released. You also don’t allow all that self-pity, anxiety and stress to influence your choices. You make decisions based on Truth and from a place of love. You reach out to help and for help.

Nothing is beneath you, therefore you allow all possibilities into your life and the lives of those around you. You set aside your Pride. You don’t judge the homeless man on the street. You understand that you are him. You don’t judge your neighbor for different political beliefs because you begin to understand that on some level you are her. You begin to understand that you are not better than someone else, you are different and moving through life with different hopes, soul lessons, and soul experiences. Not better, not worse. Just different. You begin to see aspects of who you are in everyone you meet and are able to find compassion and empathy for everyone. You begin to see the much larger picture. By finding humility, you begin to become and active and positive part of the Earth Tribe.

This week focus on finding your Humility. Take time to pause before passing judgement. Be kind. Be compassionate. Work on setting your ego aside and really try and see the big picture.
