Today, I want to share a personal story—about how The Fool has woven its magic into my life, leading me through a journey of transformation every three to four years. So, grab a cup of tea and let's dive in...

The Fool, represented by Tarot's card 0, has always been a close friend of mine. Whenever this card appears in my readings, I know change is afoot. Whether upright or reversed, it signals shifts and new beginnings, and the best part is, I get to choose how I embrace them.

Every few years, my family and I embark on adventures—relocating to completely new places, leaving behind the familiar. It's a radical exercise in trust, driven by my husband's job. Some might ask, "Couldn't you stay behind while he moves?" Technically, yes, but my heart has always been drawn to the thrill of exploration and the vast possibilities of the unknown (and my husband ❤️).

We're currently in the middle of one of those moves. We are leaving the North Carolina coast, that held us through isolation, loss, and a rather big "Tower" moment. (What tarot readers call those moments in time when the floor falls out from under you.) It's bittersweet. We love our home and the beach, but it's time for a different phase in our lives.

The boxes are getting packed up and we are moving to....Massachusetts! I'm really hoping this move involves another beach location. (Sending all the prayers and intentions to Spirit and the Universe for that 😂) We're excited to be going back to New England. Our last adventure there was 4 years in Cape Cod. Massachusetts is a beautiful state and I get to have my favorite season back--autumn!

Each move marks a rebirth—a chance to shed old layers and welcome fresh perspectives. With every new place we call home, I carry with me the lessons learned and the wisdom gained from previous journeys. You see, The Fool doesn't start from scratch; they carry the essence of who they are and what they know to be true in their rucksack, which in my case, holds the treasures of my soul.

Sometimes, I approach the metaphorical cliff with optimism and curiosity, eager to jump into the new adventure. Other times, I hesitate, standing at the edge, contemplating the leap ahead. Yet, deep down, I know I can't deny the calling.

To fully know myself and grow, I must take that leap of faith.

The energy of The Fool isn't about being naive or unaware. It's the wisdom that comes from traversing previous journeys. And when I embrace that energy, I find the courage to face the unknown, knowing that every place and experience carries the potential for growth and transformation.

So, every 3-4 years, I find myself standing at the edge of possibilities, gazing into the vast sea of potential. With each move, I'm reminded of the beauty of change and the opportunities it brings to shift and transform.

And of course, on this adventure, my loyal companion, Atlas my dog (plus 4 cats), always walks beside me, adding joy and warmth to the journey.

So, take a moment today to embrace The Fool's wisdom, trusting in yourself and the universe's plan for you. The journey may be unpredictable, but the magic of transformation awaits at every turn.
